Terms and cancellation policy

- Before February 16th, 2027: full refund (excluding an administration fee of 50 € + 23% VAT).

- From February 16th, 2027 to June 16th, 2027: 50% refund.

- As from June 16th, 2027, or in case of no show: no refund.

All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the congress.

Payments and changes

All bank transfer amounts must be net of any bank charges.

Name changes: 30 € each.

Terms of registration

These terms apply to registrations for RECOA D'Ouro 2027, managed by Meeting Point, the official agency of the congress.

Fees are quoted in EUR and include 23% VAT. The rate that applies is the one in force when the registration is submitted. Payments must be received by the corresponding deadline; otherwise the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

A registration is confirmed once full payment has been received. Bank transfers must quote the registration number and be net of any  bank charges.

Accommodation requests and congress dinner places are subject to availability and follow the same cancellation policy as the registration. If an accommodation request cannot be confirmed, the amount paid for it is refunded.

Name changes are accepted on written request and are subject to an extra charge of 30 €. Cancellations must be sent in writing to congress@meetingpoint.pt and are refunded according to the cancellation policy.

The organisers may change the programme, speakers or venue arrangements when circumstances require it, and are not liable for travel or other costs incurred by participants.
